2.1. SERP Engineers offers SEO content creation and link-building services through three primary subscription plans: Launch, Scale, and Rise to the Top. Each plan includes specific deliverables as outlined on our website.
2.2. The current pricing for our standard plans can be found at https://www.serpengineers.com/#pricing. Prices are subject to change, and the most up-to-date pricing will always be available on our website.
2.3. In addition to our standard plans, we also offer custom packages tailored to specific client needs. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for custom offers will be explicitly defined in individual service agreements, which are confirmed via email or text.
2.4. All plans and custom offers may include a combination of SEO content creation, link-building services, or other SEO-related activities as specified in the service description for each plan or custom offer.
3.1. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the fee associated with your chosen plan according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement.
3.2. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle for that cycle's services. Billing cycles may vary depending on the plan chosen (e.g., monthly, 45-day, quarterly, yearly) and will be clearly specified in your service agreement.
3.3. We offer a 50% money-back guarantee on the first payment for all plans, regardless of the billing cycle length. This guarantee applies only to the initial payment made upon subscribing to our services.
3.4. The billing cycle and payment terms for custom offers will be explicitly stated in the individual service agreement.
4.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
4.2. Refunds are only available under the 50% money-back guarantee for the first payment, regardless of the payment period chosen (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). This guarantee applies only to the initial payment made upon subscribing to our services. Refund requests must be submitted before the next subscription renewal date.
4.3. No refunds will be issued for subsequent payments or partial periods of service after the initial payment period.
5.1 The specific SEO services provided will depend on the package selected by the client. Details of each package are outlined in the service agreement.
5.2. Project timelines will vary based on the chosen package and agreed-upon deliverables. Specific timelines will be communicated to the client after commencement of services.
5.3. Progress updates will be provided in real-time via the dedicated WhatsApp group with the client and through a shared Notion page. Updates will be given whenever there is a change in progress, such as the completion of a blog post. The frequency of formal performance reports will align with the client's billing cycle or service period.
5.4. For content creation services, each article or blog post will be allowed a maximum of three (3) revisions. Revisions must be within the scope of the original topic and cannot fundamentally change the main subject of the content.
5.5. Primary communication will be conducted through WhatsApp, with email used as a secondary method if needed.
5.6. Clients can cancel the renewal of their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal provided to them after first payment.
You agree to provide:
7.1. While we strive to improve your SEO performance, we do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
7.2. We are not responsible for any changes made to your website or content by third parties.
You receive a license to use all deliverables, received from our services, for your business purposes.
We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you provide to us in the course of our services.
After payment, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group for updates and support.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services with one (1) month notice to our clients.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Estonia.
Disputes related to the terms of services, which cannot be resolved through negotiations, are subject to resolution in the Harju County Court (jurisdiction of the Republic of Estonia).
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods or accidents.
By using SERP Engineers' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
